中国科学技术大学数学科学学院教授。1996获得浙江大学学士学位,2001年获得浙江大学博士学位。2001年至2004年,任职于微软亚洲研究院。2004年至2012年任职于浙江大学。2009年至2011年在哈佛大学进行学术访问。担任GMP2017会议联合主席,SPM 2014、SGP 2015、CVM 2016、CAD/Graphics 2017和GMP 2018的会议项目联合主席。同时也担任IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics、IEEE Computer Graphics and Applications、Computer Graphics Forum、Computer Aided Geometric Design、Computers&Graphics 和 The Visual Computer的副编辑。
